Horyond Agency Case study 2024 → now Agency founded

We don't build websites, we build tools that work.

Horyond Agency is the web & mobile agency I founded in late 2024: sites, apps and platforms for the SMBs, startups and non-profits that refuse to be ordinary. Five service lines — including a NoCode builder we no longer keep to ourselves and now sell as a subscription. The agency no longer lives on one-off project invoices alone: it runs a product.

The mission

Three convictions that drive the agency.

The agency site puts it bluntly: “Not your usual agency.” In practice that means four people, one point of contact, and tools we built ourselves rather than rented.
01

Tools, not websites

The promise fits in one line: we build tools that work for you, around the clock, no coffee breaks. Brochure site, shop, app, back-office — the deliverable changes, the goal doesn't: it has to keep producing once we've left.

02

One point of contact

An in-house team, no outsourcing: product management, full-stack web development, mobile development. You talk to the same team from scoping to go-live — and to me from start to finish.

03

In-house tools, honest prices

SMBs, startups, non-profits: the builder runs on a subscription, bespoke work per project. Prices are published on horyond.com, not tuned per client — that's what puts professional-grade execution within reach without a big-firm budget.

Services & offer

What we actually deliver.

Five service lines numbered 01 to 05, each with its own page and a documented process on horyond.com. The builder is no longer an internal tool: it's a product sold on subscription.
01 / NoCode

NoCode builder, on subscription

Our in-house builder is no longer an internal tool — it's a product clients subscribe to. A brochure site, a shop or a landing page live quickly, CRM included, without writing a line of code. Three public subscription tiers — so recurring revenue where there were only one-off project invoices. That's the agency's real shift in business model.

02 / Web

Bespoke website

Strategy & architecture, UI/UX design, full-stack development, technical SEO, security & compliance, launch and training. A documented process, from brief to sign-off. The stack is picked per project, never imposed.

Bespoke
03 / Mobile

Mobile development

From idea to store, in six phases. Cross-platform with React Native or Flutter when one codebase is enough; fully native in Swift and Kotlin when you need to get closer to the platform. Testing, store release and maintenance included.

React Native · Flutter · Swift · Kotlin
04 / AI

AI integrations

Not a chatbot bolted onto a site: six use cases — assistants, autonomous agents, content generation, recommendation, workflow automation, and integration into what you already run (site, CRM, ERP, app). Claude, GPT, Mistral or an open-source model, depending on budget and privacy constraints.

Agents · LLM · Workflows
05 / Support

Support & maintenance

A site that runs still needs looking after: continuous security, CMS, dependency and iOS/Android SDK updates, bug fixes, small changes at no extra charge, unlimited CRM, monthly reporting.

Ongoing
Technologies

The stack powering our projects.

On the bespoke-site page the agency deliberately lists no technology: it's picked per project. On mobile and AI it's explicit, though — and that's where the choices matter.

Cross-platform when one codebase is enough. Native when you have to go deeper.

The journey

From idea to launch.

The agency came from a simple observation: the organisations that need good digital work most — SMBs, early startups, non-profits — can't access the right teams. We set out to change that.
Late 2024

Founding the agency

Setting up the structure, building the first team, defining the offer. A deliberately short proposition: ship fast, ship well, with no unnecessary middlemen.

2025 · Q1

First client projects

Getting started with the first mandates: sites for startups and SMBs, first Flutter mobile projects. Validation of the operational model — in-house team, short cycles, rigorous PM oversight.

2025 · Q2–Q3

NoCode builder & AI offer

Building our in-house NoCode tool to speed up recurring deliverables. Launching the AI integration line: business chatbots, LLM agents connected to client tools.

2025 → 2026

The builder becomes a product

The turning point: the internal tool moves to the customer side. Three public subscription tiers — Starter, Premium, Elite — unlimited CRM in each, and a Support & Maintenance line built on top. In business-model terms this is the real pivot: the agency stops depending on the one-off project invoice alone.

August 2026

Five lines, a team of four

The offer is now numbered 01 to 05 — NoCode builder, bespoke site, mobile, AI integrations, support & maintenance — each with its own page and process. An in-house team, one point of contact, and Horyond Non Profit alongside for the organisations an agency budget doesn't reach. The mission hasn't changed: making professional digital work accessible to those who need it.
